Asked to change the spare sheet in the morning, returned to the hotel in the evening and still had not been changed, only got one towel, no bathroom mat

Booking 4 rooms out of the 4 definitely has its drawbacks. The AC is not cold, the sheets are dirty, there is a lot of trash under the sink, it smells of cigarettes, the water heater doesn't work, the floor is dusty, there are no towels (even though I complained from afternoon until morning, they still haven't been given). Just staying here once is enough. So this is a hotel with rooms in apartments, the swimming pool is also shared with apartment residents. For those who want to book, don't expect to stay like in a hotel in general, just be patient and grateful.

The staff was quick even though check in was past the time but they were still served, the laundry was clean and could be express. The swimming pool was also clean but there was no cafeteria around the swimming pool. The room was spacious but the water heater couldn't be used, that's all, because the room was nice and fully booked so we couldn't change rooms. Security was okay. Parking was not so good because it had to be calculated per hour

Please fix it again, the bathroom is really not suitable for use, it smells of urine, the bathroom shower is broken, it is very difficult to take a shower, I asked the staff to spray the bathroom but they didn't come, the sheets are full of holes because of cigarette smoke, the mattress really smells of cockroaches, please fix it again

It's just okay, the AC needs to be serviced or cleaned, it's not that it's not cold enough, it's just not cold
The hot water is really good, the only thing that's good is the bathroom and the location, the rest is probably just B, the price isn't that cheap either, but if you stay in the West Jakarta area with a moderate price, there's always something good hahaha, the AC definitely needs to be serviced, I sleep on a mat as long as it's cool and safe... hopefully it'll be better
