I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It is truly one of the best hotels I've ever visited. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was outstanding. The breakfast was delicious, and everything was well taken care of. I especially loved the beachfront location, the view was stunning, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the sound of the waves was so relaxing. It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday. I was also pleasantly surprised with a birthday cake and a lovely greeting card from the hotel. Such a thoughtful gesture that made my stay even more memorable. 🥹🫶🏻 Thank you for the wonderful experience and warm hospitality. The hospitality is top-notch, with a varied breakfast menu, and it feels like nothing is off-limits. The facilities are complete, and it's so kid-friendly that my child doesn't want to play outside. There's a prayer room in the corner, beautifully decorated with glass. The prayer robes are well-maintained. Every part of this hotel is spotlessly clean.

All of my special requests were thoughtfully handled by Mas Miko, and I was even kindly upgraded to a higher room category than the one I originally booked. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and warm. The hotel area is clean, peaceful, and quiet—a perfect place for someone like me who is currently going through mental and emotional healing. I will definitely come back and stay at Dialoog Banyuwangi again. Perhaps many hotels offer similar facilities, but Dialoog Banyuwangi has truly won my heart, and it will always be my first choice whenever I return to Banyuwangi.
