I was very pleased to meet Mr. Saleh, who picked me up at the airport. He was very informative, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, the male front desk staff was a bit rude. When I booked this app, it said I'd get a room with a pool view, but I was actually given a room with a wall view :( The bedroom and bathroom were clean, with basic amenities. The hotel is located near Araskabu train station. For only 5,000 Rupiah, you can take the excellent airport train to Medan (a nice experience).

The location is very close to Kualanamu Airport. There is a pick-up service from and to the airport. Take a Hiace or Avanza. Free at certain times. You have to pay at unspecified times, but it's cheap. Around 75 thousand. Spacious room. I prefer this to hotels at the airport.

I am a regular guest at this hotel (in 1 week (every week) can stay at this hotel 2 or 3 times). Everything is OK except the soundproofing. It is too noisy in the room when the hotel is full of visitors. Small children screaming in the next room is very clearly heard so it disturbs sleep & comfort of rest. For VIP parking, different security has different treatment. If someone knows that I am a regular guest, they will be given VIP parking, if they don't know that I am a regular guest, they will not be given VIP parking even if the VIP parking is empty, sometimes disappointed because my husband's leg has just finished surgery, he can't walk too far, but I never complain about parking matters. Hopefully this will be a correction... Thank you.

The hotel is very nice and luxurious, assisted by a friendly and agile receptionist, polite security, and helped unload my luggage from my car. The room smells clean and is spacious, the breakfast is delicious and complete, the swimming pool is also clean, and the best thing is they have a shuttle for delivery from the hotel to the KNO airport, highly recommended for this Dprimahotel, the price is friendly for staying here for those who have an early morning flight like me😍
