Emerald Bintaro Apartment by Kakarama Room

I booked because my house was flooded and inaccessible. Before checking into my room, I had to pay a deposit, which wasn't disclosed on the website. Upon entering, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the bed sheets looked unclean and even had dirt stains. I have filed a complaint with Traveloka because the unit in the picture completely differs from the one I received (I consider this a scam). I request Traveloka to improve its oversight and reviews of rental units to ensure they meet Traveloka standards.

My stay here was very disappointing. There were cat ants on the bed, causing me to develop bumps that were painful and incredibly hot. I've contacted the admin, but there's been no response, only responding to requests for a refund. The shower jet leaked and couldn't be used at all, making it extremely inconvenient to wash up after using the bathroom. The gas stove wouldn't light, and the toilet was also extremely dirty—muck and grime were all over it. Please pay more attention to cleanliness, basic facilities, and communication with the admin so other guests don't experience the same thing. I intended to have a comfortable rest, but instead I experienced an unpleasant experience like this.

Smelly towels, dented pillows, dirty sheets, no TV remote. Check-in took too long to get the room key from the admin.

Very disappointing, the room is very dirty, lots of spiders and spiderwebs. The mattress has lots of long hair up to the floor, the cover has lots of wet marks and red liquid. The shower water is very small, taking a shower takes time.

The room was not very clean, there were many cigarette butts on the window and the room had not been cleaned.

The staff was prompt and useful; however, they would need to align better with the security at the gate. The security claimed that no daily-based guests were allowed to stay in the apartment.

I didn't stay there at all, the condition of the room was like it had never been cleaned, the sheets were full of stains and wet, the room was damp, the toilet smelled dirty, complaints were not responded to at all.
