Always stay here whenever I am traveling to Padang, West Sumatera. Not only because I know the owner, but it is very convenient to go everywhere from there. A few minutes walk to the sea. Friendly staffs too.

This hotel served best food, nice view, profesional staff and services. But have a minimal building maintenance. The furniture and room facilities were need repair and furnish.

Good, friendly service, clean rooms, location near the beach and the Padang Raya market, only the breakfast menu is less varied, not like other fave hotels.

Receive all my requests fulfilled, non-smoking room, top floor and one bed. I got room 701 with a city view. When I entered the room I got a pillow that had black spots on the sheath, didn't smell, but had a dirty impression. Likewise, when I woke up at 4 in the morning for the midnight prayer, I found that the toilet floor was all dry but there was stagnant water around the closet. I just realized that around the foot of the toilet there was black coating, but there was still seepage. Even though it doesn't smell, it still feels like what? The breakfast is delicious and the staff's friendliness is quite impressive.

Actually the service is okay, it's just how come the phone from the room to the receptionist never connects is really difficult and the drinking glass is cracked.

It is better to replace the sheets when new guests enter with clean, neat and unstained sheets because they look dirty, and the glass tray and water heater are also dusty as if they had never been wiped clean.
