The mattress did not match the order, the toilet was narrow

Please have stayed here many times since 2019, but I'm really disappointed that there are so many cockroaches lately.

We arrived at Fave Hotel at 5 a.m. due to a long journey from Pekanbaru. We were planning a vacation with seven friends. The receptionist and staff were friendly and helpful. Our suitcases were safely stored in the room, as we left them until check-in time in the afternoon. All our room and bed requests were met, even a connecting room was available. The location is strategic, close to everything. Worth a stay.
