Convenient and easy to find food outside

I had quite bad experience staying in this hotel. There are lots of small cockroach near the bed, desk, even around food trays. Already asked the receptionist to change the room but they say the hotel was currently full. Then I asked for another solution, but they came up with long solution. I felt dissapointed
