Usually very comfortable. For some reason, this last check-in was really unlucky. Room 508 was extremely hot, and the AC wasn't working properly. Please pay more attention to the hotel's facilities, especially the AC. Please have more regular check-ins. Please improve the maintenance. Thank you.
