Placed on a main road, so easy to find. The staff very polite. The room were clean. The water available outside the room we just need to refill the can. The room quite spacious. The breakfast standard, but good enough. The hot water and AC were incredible. Overall love this hotel.

This hotel is worth the price. They upgraded me to the spacious Deluxe room, I experienced staying in other Favehotels previously and would say this is the largest Favehotel room I ever stayed in. They also have cheap laundry package which was only Rp 35k for 4pc. I love the idea of providing water dispenser for guests on each floor instead of bottled water. Breakfast option is also good they change menu every day. We also had dinner on their Saturday evening buffet for only Rp 75k per person. The only thing I don't like on the dinner is BBQ seems the meat was not well cooked/grilled. Overall our stay was great. This hotel is always full of wedding party from the first day we checked in until checked out, there is always wedding event in the ballroom on lobby level.

The restaurant staff were in a rush when asking for/lifting plates of food. They should have checked first whether the guests had really finished eating their breakfast.

Initially I was given a room on the 5th floor which was said to be a non-smoking area, but it turned out to smell really bad of cigarette smoke. I tried to complain, finally I was moved to the 3rd floor. Thank you, it's more comfortable.

This is the fourth fave hotel I have ever stayed at. I chose this hotel because it was close to the location of the activity that I booked through Traveloka when I arrived at Sidoarjo Station. I suddenly booked a hotel so I could rest. In general, this hotel is comfortable. The food is delicious both from the breakfast menu and order in the room. My suggestion is that the bathroom area should be covered so that the shower water does not enter other areas. I have conveyed this to the hotel staff when I was asked about my impression of staying at Fave Hotel Sidoarjo for the first time.
