The hotel staff was excellent and very friendly. Unfortunately, when I booked through the Traveloka app, I was given a spare room, and it was a smoking room. It was very uncomfortable, especially with the TV broken and the bathroom door not locking. The food was quite varied and tasty. Hopefully, the service and facilities can be improved.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and I felt very well treated. The hotel food was also plentiful and delicious.
I only have one suggestion for the hotel to improve. After I checked in, at 4 a.m., another guest with the same room number tried to enter my room. After communicating with the guest, they returned to the lobby to reconfirm their room.

We chose this hotel because it was the most affordable and conveniently located near Simpang Lima. We happened to be stopping in Semarang for a short break before continuing our journey to Yogyakarta. Overall, the room was clean, the staff was helpful, and the location was satisfactory. However, the only downside was the food; I found it a bit off-putting.
