Nice hotel, but that night next door there was playing very loud music.

The hotel staff was friendly, the breakfast was quite good, and the bedroom was quite clean. However, two of the towels had black stains (like rubber sap) that were stuck to them. The bathroom floor had black stains that seemed difficult to remove. It's a shame.

It's located right on a bend so it's a bit difficult to turn because it's crowded, limited parking, large room, spacious bathroom because I chose deluxe, cold AC, unfortunately the sheets and pillowcases have lots of stains. For the food it's super worse, some of the steamers are still raw, the pastry is almost finished and not refilled, the toaster is just a display because it can't be set to heat. The taste of the food is not good, the most terrible is the sour smell of garbage around the drinks dispenser, it seems like it comes from the room next door. I think the dining area needs to be improved so it doesn't smell like garbage and the taste of the food needs to be upgraded. Nice view, everything else is ok

The hotel was quite comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant had an outdoor area with a beautiful view. The food was delicious and varied. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn't cold enough after I checked the filter, and I find it quite dusty. I really hate it when hotels provide 3-in-1 soaps like this. The bathroom felt a bit unclean. The shower floor also looked a bit dirty with stains. Hopefully, this can be improved.

Clean rooms and friendly service, location in upper Semarang, the restaurant view is really good!

Check-in and check-out were fast, the staff helpful, there was a water dispenser, but it didn't work for hot water. The food was varied and quite tasty. Noise from other rooms was quite audible. There were no tissues in the room, only toilet paper. With a toddler, the room was quite comfortable.

What I like most about breakfast is that there are lots of menus and they all taste delicious.
