Very disappointed. I booked a smoking room but was given a non-smoking one. There should have been confirmation that smoking wasn't available, not just a random offer. I wanted to upgrade, but was told they weren't available, and they were all full. And I had no choice but to get a non-smoking room. I felt very disappointed.
