We appreciate your rating for the experience and we apologize that the room has been cleaned without prior confirmation with you. We inform you that we have carried out an investigation and our team has carried out their duties according to the procedure, our staff makes a courtesy call at 11.00 pm to all rooms that check out to ensure whether guests are extending or checking out. When the phone call to your room there was no answer then we contacted your cellphone number but the number was busy, our team checked the room and it turned out that there were no items. After 12.30 pm Mr. came to the hotel to ask permission to take a quick shower and on our system Mr. checked out at 13.00 noon. We have retrained our staff on how to handle guests with better service.
