My husband and I stayed here for a business trip. The room was cramped because we chose the most basic option. We couldn't get a seat at breakfast because the restaurant was full. The waiter recommended a table outside with the air conditioning on, but within five minutes another guest offered to sit at their table. The food was fine, delicious. Thank you.

The first time I invited my extended family to stay here, I was a bit worried because they are very picky and complain a lot if it's not comfortable, but it turned out their response was very reassuring, everything was perfect, the place was nice and comfortable. Also to Ms. Nidya and Mr. Habib at the reception, Mr. Sigit and Mr. Andri at the restaurant, and also the security guard in the parking lot (I forgot to ask his name) who helped us take photos and find a parking space in front of the entrance, thank you very much for your friendliness, patience and always smiling, never looking tired in serving us as a chatty family. Success to all of you guys and girls and to the other staff, success and continued development for the hotel. Always be enthusiastic to all 🥰😘
