Hotel staff, reception, and restaurant: FRIENDLY & KIND. Clean rooms. I confirmed my room reservation by phone because I was from out of town, but unfortunately, they didn't inform me that the room would be windowless. I booked a connecting room. The security guard at the side entrance was less responsive when the car was about to exit, and didn't assist us when our car was about to enter the main road.
