The villa is very comfortable, clean, the karaoke place is next to the swimming pool so you can supervise the children while karaoke. The location is very strategic, close to tourist attractions, East Java Park, BNS, Kusuma Agrowisata, alun-alun, to Museum Angkut, just walk. There are also many people selling food in the villa area, there are meatballs, satay, milk, ice so you don't have to worry about starvation. Thank you Villa Kusuma Estate 30, we are satisfied to stay at the villa.

The place is nice and close to East Java 1 and 2, a little bit far from East Java 3, there are 4 pieces of mattress available, free extra 3 pcs, comfortable house, but for those who seek peace, you won't be able to because around the villa too, at karaokean, The upper lavatory door is broken and previously reviewed it's also broken, it hasn't been fixed either. Near the kitchen couch leak quite swiftly, hot water is also very long to fill again after disposable, just objective.

The hotel is quite spacious and clean. But the shirt hook in the bathroom wasn't there, and the bathroom door on the 2nd floor was broken. The rest, okay and good for bringing family to stay overnight 👍

The villa is spacious. Facilities according to the description, there is a karaoke set even though the audio is standard. Unfortunately the upstairs bathroom door was broken. But don't lose staying cheap and fun here.

The villas are comfortable, the rooms are nice, the blankets and pillows are fragrant, clean, close to tourist attractions on the rock. The view was good, unfortunately the industrial disturbance turned down the TV. And WiFi error is worth the price, next time you want to go back again.

Villa is very strategic, close to tourist attractions. Okay facilities, according to the info. There is a karaoke home theater again. All overalls are okay, just need to improve the cleanliness of the inner garden, lots of used cigarette butts from previous guests. Special thanks for Andik. Friendly and responsive help with guest requests. Next time we stay here again.

An impressive experience sleeping here, close to the city, Museum Angkut just visible from the upper room. The villa keeper is also kind and responsive. Sometime if you want to go to Batu again. Location in the residential area. Recommended is it.
