A real favorite. Near Kopi Tuku and Pentol Siloam. Indomaret is just across the street, and the prices are incredibly cheap.

The soap was out of stock, we informed CS to refill it but it wasn't refilled, and we complained again the next day before it was refilled, the hotel sandals were gold edition, the Wi-Fi network was terrible, and shampoo wasn't provided either.

Clean rooms, good food, close to public facilities.

The room is nice, city view with big windows, there is a swimming pool on the rooftop, highly recommended.

My first stay here but it felt like an uncomfortable quality time, when I entered the room it was comfortable but the water heater was leaking, the receptionist phone was replaced with a good one soon, but unfortunately the problem wasn't just that. The shower water that came out was uneven, and the hot water tended to be cold even though it was at its maximum at red, it should be hot, but it wasn't even warm. My room didn't get hotel slippers, this was the first time I stayed at a hotel without getting hotel slippers, whether I forgot or because I didn't get them. I stayed here overnight without leaving the hotel room at all, the next morning before checking out I went out to buy snacks at Indomaret and wanted to enter the room but couldn't, I don't know why the access card didn't work, I went back and forth to the receptionist until I changed the card but still couldn't, as a result I locked it outside, my phone was left in the room, waiting for the technician to come for quite a long time. When the technician came, I finally opened the door using the technician's access card, my own access card still didn't work, waiting for the technician to fix the door, it still wasn't working, so I checked out of the hotel, so I told the technician to fix it later, and after this, I was going to check out straight away. The TV is a smart TV, but the signal in my room was bad, so I could only watch local TV channels like MNCTV, GTV, etc. It's a shame even though the location is strategic, but it makes me think twice before staying here again😭

Although there was a bit of a miscommunication with the receptionist at the beginning of check-in, everything went smoothly after that. The room we chose wasn't very spacious considering we had two kids 🤣, but it was clean, the AC was cool, the indoor pool was perfect for kids, the dining area was small, and the food was tasty but lacked variety.

Recommended to stay here with family.

Every time I go to Surabaya, I always stay at the G Suites hotel because the hotel is comfortable, clean, located in the city center, close to the destination, and the service from the hotel staff is very friendly, the security guards are quick to help with my luggage, and my child also feels at home every time he stays at the G Suites hotel 🥰💖

The view from the room was stunning, even though it was a junior suite, which wasn't very spacious, it still made me happy. The room was clean. The food wasn't very varied, but it was all delicious. The swimming pool was small and often crowded, but it was enough to keep the kids happy. There are also various restaurants and minimarkets around the hotel: Alfa, Indo, Kopi Tuku, a gas station, Almaz Chicken, steak, Starbucks, and others.
