I stayed here for transit because it's close to Gubeng Station. The room and breakfast were well-suited for the price.

Overall, the location is great, and it's close to everything. I recommend it for those staying in Surabaya for a few days.

The staff are all friendly, the rooms are clean, the bathroom and pool are also clean, the AC cools down quickly, even when turned down it's still cold, and the view is also good.

I regularly stay at G Suite, both for business trips and with my family. Overall, I'm usually satisfied, but yesterday I had an issue with the bathroom water, which suddenly became dirty and smelly. We, as customers, were not compensated for the inconvenience.

The hot water didn't really work, the soap dispenser was broken so the soap wouldn't come out, the toilet was a bit smelly, there was no cupboard.

The view from the second floor room, the staff are friendly from the FO, security to CS, they are informative when asked. It's just a shame there's only a little soap left, or I used too much so it ran out quickly 😁. Overall, I recommend staying here, this is my second staycation here.

Great service, clean hotel. The receptionist was especially patient, and the cleaning staff were also very thorough when cleaning the room. The Wi-Fi could probably use a boost, hehe. I'd suggest upgrading the breakfast menu to make it even better. Thank you, Mr. Heri. I was very satisfied staying here. Hopefully, I'll stay here again next time for the O2SN event.

The staff at reception were friendly. The location is very strategic. But the bed was a bit too firm for my liking and not as comfortable as you’d typically expect from a hotel. That said, given the excellent location and reasonable price, it still offered great value for money.
