Cool hotel and friendly staff.

The service was satisfactory, but the bathroom floor drain may not have been working properly, causing flooding. Overall, everything was satisfactory.

Strategically located in the city center, close to everything. A minimarket is just a short walk away. The rooms are comfortable and the amenities are complete.

The highest type is really good, for under 600 you can get a bathtub and the room is very spacious on the 6th floor. It has Google TV so you can use YouTube, videos so you can watch movies. It's kid-friendly, the swimming pool is small but enough for kids. There's a gym and mini billiards for the kids, the sauna seems broken. The chicken porridge is delicious, you can order an omelet too :)

The place is nice, but you have to ask for things like a hairdryer, slippers, etc.

Always come back and stay here again.

I've stayed here twice in different rooms. The first time I had a comfortable room, but the second time the air conditioning wasn't cooling.

I stayed in a room with a connecting door, the AC was not cold, and what was worse... the AC in the next room was leaking.

The room is spacious, with a bathtub. The fried noodles and fried flat rice noodles are top-notch. The bread is delicious, and the ice cream is also affordable for a hotel, around 10,000 to 15,000 rupiah. There's also a long sofa.

The hotel staff were friendly and quick to assist when I lost my elevator/room key. Breakfast was decent, but the pool was smaller than the profile picture, more suitable for children. The room was clean.

Comfortable atmosphere around busy, everything is there.

Overall stay experience was great. It’s just the shower that needs maintenance, the water flow from the shower head is quite poor and the hot water was slow to come out.

The place is nice, but the soundproofing isn't great. The TV sound from the room can still be heard outside.
