the location is far from the city but still ok if the goal is for quality time in the hotel and its surroundings, the rooms are very comfortable, spacious and complete. The staff service is good and friendly and polite. The cleanliness of the entire hotel is also good, only the breakfast choices are quite limited. Overall this hotel is suitable for those who want to rest and or enjoy quality time in the resort.

Very comfy hotel, I'm glad that my wife asked me to stay there even for only 1 night. Breakfast was amazing. Many activities can be conducted any time as per regulated by the hotel.

The room at Garrya Biyanti was tremendously spacious and beautifully designed — very comfortable. Unfortunately, the service didn't feel warm or memorable. Food quality and variety were disappointing, and there weren't enough activities to enjoy during our 2-night stay. We ended up going to the city just to keep ourselves entertained. Great design, but overall experience could be better.

Staying here for a day is not enough, you need 2-3 nights.

It was a pleasure to stay here, from the service, facilities, staff and food everything was ok, really worth it. Next time I go to Jogja, I will come here again.

Actually all the facilities are really good, the best hotel/villa with that price in Yogyakarta. but it's very unfortunate with the check-in system, when I arrived I was suddenly moved to a room type without confirmation, I was the one who asked at that time, the room type was easily seen by people from the pool, I didn't like it, it was said that the room type I ordered was full, even though I booked 12 days in advance. I waited for check in until about 17.00, disappointing right? and it turned out that my room type was available, but it was said that it was for another customer, huh? I had arrived earlier and waited but why did they want to give the room to another customer? the check-in process was very strange and disappointing. even though I got the room according to what I ordered in the end. if asked will I come back again? yes I want to, because it is the best villa hotel in Yogyakarta in my opinion, but it seems that if you want to book it is better to call the hotel directly, because they said yesterday there was a miscommunication in my order, but the miscommunication was internal between the reservation and fo department it seems, but I was still disappointed. and waited until 17:00 more or less, without getting any compliment. I got a 5 minute massage but it was the same facility as before (I've been there before). but for food, facilities, view all are really good

All is good, everything is perfect, starting from hospitality, hotel facilities and rooms.

This hotel is perfect for newly weds honeymoond or couple 's staycation. But I don't really recommend this hotel for family with kids plus its too pricey compare to the whole experienced I had. I'm bringing 2 kids to Garrya for 2 nights during school holiday, my overall experiences sums up below:(-) Since its not really a family hotel, they don't have kids program/activity during school holiday. (-) Pool inside the room is 1.4 m depth, so its not really safe for kids. But they have kids pool outside with 0.5 m depth. (-) Breakfast during weekend, they have several meal option; Rice/potato & proteins, porridge, soto, egg station, fruit&salad, but not as much option compare to other 5star hotel. Sadly, when its weekday, they eliminate big meal option in the buffet & convert it to ala cart menu for Customer to choose. Portion for 1 ala cart menu is huge for brekky, so I don't recommend this for those who are not used to morning breakfast. Fod taste are so-so, not too special. (-) They charge breakfast fee for kids aged> 4y. O @150k. (-) They only have 1 restaurant with less meal option for lunch or dinner, unfortunately they also don't provide menu in the Room for Room-in Dining. (-) Finding local food around hotel will require Car consider distance. No pedestrian in the main road around the hotel. (+) You can access the river easily but please make sure to always supervise your kids when they play around the river or ask Staff hotel for accompany. (+) Great sunset & river view, guest can stroll around the hotel. I recommend sunset view room to see more on its beauty. (+) Nice Staff, all of them are helpful. (+) Parking is easy and accessible.

Excellent! New hotel with Balinese concept inside. Very memorable experience for us as a married couple, staying here for honeymoon purpose. When we arrived we were given a super delicious and refreshing wedang uwuh welcome drink 👍🏻 the room is super spacious, the bed + pillows are very soft. The bathroom and walk-in closet are very spacious. I like all the amenities, super fragrant ✨ oh yeah we had time to order food for dinner, and it tasted THAT GOOD, it wasn't disappointing, the price is also still affordable 🫶🏻 the location is not too remote, you can still order gofood means close to the main road. Hopefully can come back here again, and get an attractive price 🥰

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, especially if you bring a 1 year old child, it is highly recommended, even though the type is more for honeymooners, this villa is also recommended for those who bring children.
