Some of the hotel staff are very nice

we loved it here...particularly the staff who were so friendly and welcoming...were great with my child ...prices were so reasonable and location perfect. we had a great time..booked a few days..stayed a week

Location is superb, the staff is very helpful... nearby to the main road, room is spacious, toilet and the floor is sticky, aircond is great, breakfast is great, but overall, satisfied with the service

There were a lot of millipedes due to the humidity, we as consumers had to ask for towels because the hotel staff did not prepare the room before the guests checked in.

Quite comfortable but the room facilities are lacking, no mineral water, only towels for bathroom equipment and if possible, the towels should be renewed soon. Breakfast is only a choice of foreigners, eggs/pancakes are the choice. Will still come back again,

It's inconsistent, we checked out at 16.00, at eleven o'clock we were told to go out.

Kamar yang dikasi tidak sesuai dgn gambar. Infonya uda penuh tapi yg di book kan yg ada joglonya. Ini dikasi yang ga sesuai. Kecewa.

Lantai kamar kurang bersih, masih banyak pasir.

The room, during the 3 night stay, wasn't cleaned, why did you ask for wifi, you had to tell the boss first.

The staff is very friendly and kind, disappointed with no facilities. No toothbrush, no drinking water, no television, only room with salted water. Can't brush my teeth because of the salt water. Just like bathing on the beach. Prices are also expensive for no facilities at all. For a good location.

The room air conditioner turned off so it was really stuffy, the bathroom water was salty and sticky, no soap was given and it was only given when I asked for it. It's really really no when the ac is all dead until it's not cold!

Dirty room, AC not cold, Dirty toilet, no towels, please fix it.

The place need some maintenance and hygiene treatments. Sometimes the water is not working, and what a nice moment to find out when you're just about washing your face after putting soaps on it. The water is also salty, let's hope it is only about the taste. During my 3-days-stay, the toilet flush was fixed twice. I always found cockroaches and mosquitos in the room, a staff later gave me a bug spray after like the third complaints. He was the nicest one by the way. The staff was and food was the only good thing with the place. The ‘manager’ or ‘supervisor’ -or at least I think he was since he was not using any uniform- need a hospitality training. I was asking questions about fast boat purchase and his replies were. Totally not the kind you're expecting from someone in hospitality business.

Close to the beach, friendly receptionist, can revil mineral water, room according to photos, breakfast according. Great 🫰🫰.
