It's inconsistent, we checked out at 16.00, at eleven o'clock we were told to go out.

Kamar yang dikasi tidak sesuai dgn gambar. Infonya uda penuh tapi yg di book kan yg ada joglonya. Ini dikasi yang ga sesuai. Kecewa.

Lantai kamar kurang bersih, masih banyak pasir.

The room, during the 3 night stay, wasn't cleaned, why did you ask for wifi, you had to tell the boss first.

The staff is very friendly and kind, disappointed with no facilities. No toothbrush, no drinking water, no television, only room with salted water. Can't brush my teeth because of the salt water. Just like bathing on the beach. Prices are also expensive for no facilities at all. For a good location.

The room air conditioner turned off so it was really stuffy, the bathroom water was salty and sticky, no soap was given and it was only given when I asked for it. It's really really no when the ac is all dead until it's not cold!

Dirty room, AC not cold, Dirty toilet, no towels, please fix it.

The place need some maintenance and hygiene treatments. Sometimes the water is not working, and what a nice moment to find out when you're just about washing your face after putting soaps on it. The water is also salty, let's hope it is only about the taste. During my 3-days-stay, the toilet flush was fixed twice. I always found cockroaches and mosquitos in the room, a staff later gave me a bug spray after like the third complaints. He was the nicest one by the way. The staff was and food was the only good thing with the place. The ‘manager’ or ‘supervisor’ -or at least I think he was since he was not using any uniform- need a hospitality training. I was asking questions about fast boat purchase and his replies were. Totally not the kind you're expecting from someone in hospitality business.

Close to the beach, friendly receptionist, can revil mineral water, room according to photos, breakfast according. Great 🫰🫰.

The rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly. But the ac is a bit problematic, and there is no tv.

Strategic place near the center of the crowd, quiet suitable for rest after a day of activities around the island.

Parah! Awal saya check in ok layanannya, ketemu stafnya iya yang boleh dibilang antara beneran ramah atau pura-pura ramah. Begitu ditunjukin roomnya sedikit shock, kondisi tidak terawat, iya berusaha terima keadaan. Setelah itu ditambah lagi maaf airnya agak asin, wah tambah buruk sudah nasib kita yang bawa anak-anak. Its oke kita terima. Lah, tidak tahunya malam terjadi kejadian yang amat sangat bikin kesal, begitu balik dari snorkeling dan lain-lain kita masuk kamar jam 11, berita buruk AC-nya panas banget, datang bolak-balik diperbaiki pun tanpa solusi, tidak diteriakin tidak didatangin perbaiki lagi, terus bilang mau dikasih kipas aja, ampun, sekitar 1 jam lebih kita ya terlantar di teras kamar dan keluar solusi Ibu dan anak-anak boleh pindah ke villa, wah begitu lihat, oke juga ada tanggung jawab tapi ternyata dengan muka tidak bersalah bilang Ibu harus tambah uang, uang di kamar tadi kita refund, Ibu bayar hotel ini. Dalam hati brengs*k benar ini perlakuaannya, kalau bisa ditampar sudah ku tampar bolak balik, buat kalian jangan tertipu dengan review bagus-bagus dan kondisi foto hotel ini. Kita sengaja nggak mau tidur keesokan harinya, dibiarkan kosong kamarnya, kuncinya kita bawa, ternyata kamar kita dibuka sama mereka. Bahaya jenis penginapan begini!

Location near the beach, friendly staff, but dirty and dark. Maybe because it has been empty for a long time due to the pandemic.

Rooms are not clean and smelly. The road to the resort is very dark. Maybe because of the pandemic. Therefore the resort is quiet.

Very fun, beach front inns, very friendly waiters, super complete breakfast choices and of course delicious. The waiter was very informative and even helped find cheap prices. Next will stay again. It's just that the bathroom lights are not bright enough. Makes it difficult for women to make up.

It's okay to stay overnight. But there are lots of mosquitoes, the walls are also a little moldy. And the water doesn't like it because it's very salty. The owner is Caucasian but very friendly.
