it's a very very great hotel.. strategic location in the middle of Braga street which is not difficult to find food because around the hotel there are many places to eat.. the room is spacious & comfortable (happened to stay in a suite room type) And the staff are friendly and fast response.. will definitely always stay again at this hotel. + The hotel's location is very strategic, right outside Braga and busy with food. + The front security guard is friendly and helpful. + The room view is good. - The room is not clean, more like shabby, the parts that are quite clean in my opinion are the bathroom and bed. The cupboard, table, chairs, carpet look like they haven't been cleaned/maintained for a long time. - The food is a bit lacking in terms of taste (I tried it for sahur)

An honest review. The hotel is strategically located. The rooms don't match the pictures, even though they are spacious. Some are still under renovation, which is a bit annoying. Worse, there was a power outage last night. The breakfast menu isn't extensive and the taste is mediocre. Hopefully, it will be better in the future.

Staying over on the weekend is a great option, as you won't have to deal with traffic jams. You can explore Jalan Braga on foot. If you're driving, you'll need to be an expert, as parking is limited, haha.

Stayed on January 31st, staff was okay, got a room that was a bit cramped but there were some things that made it even cramped, the room was old-fashioned, the carpet needed to be replaced, the sound of a child crying next to the room was audible and disturbed my sleep, the black sticky rice porridge was a bit stale

My criticisms are that the carpet in the room could be replaced because there are many cigarette marks. The wall paper stickers could be replaced because they are peeling off. The WiFi signal is very poor and I suggest improving it. The hairdryer doesn't work. The sink and flush water are very cloudy. My suggestions for all these criticisms are that they could be improved.

The water was yellow. The room was noisy with construction. The noise was disturbing. The receptionist was rude. Check-in was ignored. Check-out was also ignored. Finally, I decided to check out early and move.

Check in at 9 PM because of the trip from Jakarta, as soon as we entered the room, we got a room that was already used and smelled really musty. Still trying to be tolerant so we agreed without getting angry. And wanted to check the availability of other rooms, but since we hadn't had dinner so we decided to get something to eat first while the receptionist found another room for us. After 2 hours of eating out, we came back and the receptionist gave us a free room upgrade to a suite, we wondered what the suite was like. It turned out to be a very old-fashioned suite room, the carpet was dirty, the only difference was actually a little bigger, even though we thought the room we used before looked cleaner. Plus the water here was cloudy, very yellow, they said it was being repaired, then there were only 2 elevators and one was down because it was being repaired. In the end, we were given another room upgrade at 12 AM to a newly renovated floor. Changing rooms three times a day, quite a waste of time.
