A comfortable and convenient hotel in Braga.

Good afternoon, my experience staying at this hotel, Good atmosphere/facilities, Food is lacking in terms of taste, Accommodating staff, Highlights: Cheap price for this class of hotel in a strategic location in the Braga City Walk area

The location is strategically located in a busy area, but the rooms need a lot of improvement. The furniture is not clean, the toilet in one of the rooms on the 9th floor didn't have a good water flow, and the room I got had a slightly damp smell. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

Improve cleanliness... the room still smells of cigarettes, good location, varied breakfast (rent 3 single bed rooms)

I already knew I was bringing a small child and was given a smoking room which was haux, the rooms were connected so the room smelled of cigarettes from the room next to my child's until he coughed, the reception didn't give me information to give me a smoking room, the blanket had lipstick marks, under the table wasn't clean there were traces of plastic mineral water siding, the TV couldn't operate properly.

Everything is easy, close to the center of the crowd, very pleasant, friendly staff and delicious food.

The hotel staff are very friendly and nice, the wifi is smooth, it's just that when I first checked in, there was dirt in the bathroom (so it wasn't cleaned thoroughly) but so far the facilities are good.

The room carpet needs to be upgraded, the toilet smells, the color of the bed sheets is not clean enough, the AC is cold enough. The size of the room... for a 4 star hotel, is lacking.

It's very good because you only have to walk to the front of the hotel and it's already a busy place.

Most terrible quality in terms of cleanliness and sound proofing. Gym is in really bad condition and unsafe, might as well close it. Food was bad.

The staff are friendly, but it seems like there are not enough people, you have to go back and forth to ask for bedsheets, the carpet is never vacuumed, the sheets are dirty, and there is little attention to the health of guests.

Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room, especially the carpet and curtains, which are a bit dirty. And there is no night light.

Overall, my stay was okay. The location was excellent, as it's on Jalan Braga. The room and hotel staff were very friendly, and the hotel was clean. However, I have a few comments... 1. Breakfast on the first Wednesday wasn't as enjoyable as it was packed (many groups came to the restaurant together), and we didn't get a table for a long time. We waited a long time for our seats and for our food to be refilled. After a long wait, we were finally allowed in. 2. The room next to the elevator shaft was noisy, with the elevator humming and the TV going off. 3. The car was also scratched in the valet parking lot, but it didn't say anything.

The location is excellent, the breakfast is delicious and varied, the room is very clean, the staff are all friendly, and some of the room facilities are a bit dated, but they could be better if they were renovated. But overall, it was a very satisfying stay. Thank you.
