The room key was incredibly difficult to lock. Check-in was at 4:00, but the room wasn't ready yet. They were still cleaning it, even though it was past check-in time. The mattress and pillows were musty. Not worth paying for an ocean view with disappointing amenities.

The response time was slow, and I asked for the AC to be fixed from 5 to 7, but no one came. The mattress and pillows were musty. Not worth paying for an ocean view with disappointing facilities.

Bad experience. The TV was dirty, full of spots like ants. The phone was dead. I filed a complaint but there was no follow-up. The Wi-Fi was weak, and the signal often dropped. And worst of all, when I took a morning shower, the water suddenly ran out. I had to go to reception to get the water flowing again. The swimming pool was like a public bath because it was open to the public, and it was incredibly crowded. I couldn't swim anymore.

Honestly, I was so disappointed with the service. I asked for the iron, and they brought it, but the iron was broken and I couldn't use it. I called the receptionist, they said they would check it, but they didn't come until the check-out day. Thanks for the unpredictable experience.
