The worst thing happened yesterday, I already allowed my child to eat from a box, how could you be so late and not allow my child to eat from his box. After staying there more than 10 times, you didn't give me just Indomie until my child cried. Didn't you see how many times I've been to your hotel in the past month? Why did I steal Indomie? It ruined the dining atmosphere, the plan was to stay for 5 days, on the 3rd day I checked out I was already in no mood.

Several times stay always hear noisy sound from the upper floor. Pool very dirty, mossy and very slippery. Please concern and be aware with moss inside the pool (pool water until green because of moss). Bathroom some defect, please pay more attention.

I sleep here because my son is hospitalized, it's comfortable, the breakfast is okay, friendly too. I was allowed to bring a donation for my son who was whining and asking for it downstairs.

The hotel staff is friendly, but when you first enter the room, it smells really bad of dust, there are stains on the sheets, the bathroom is also dirty for a 4 star hotel, it is really lacking compared to other hotels.

This is my first time staying at this hotel, I immediately felt comfortable with the atmosphere. The room is just right, the cleanliness is also really good, but maybe a little suggestion, for the TV facilities in the future, it can be changed to a smart TV. Because in my room, if it's midnight, there's nothing broadcasting on the TV. So it feels empty if I don't watch 😂 hehe.. but otherwise I'm really satisfied. Hopefully the comfort and cleanliness will continue to be maintained. Thank you ❤️
