I stayed here for 3 days, when I asked for the room to be cleaned, the toilet tissue was not refilled, that night I asked the staff for tissue but it never came, please fix what the customer needs and requires

The elevator was broken, sometimes working, sometimes stopping suddenly, and some guests were trapped inside. So we had to climb up and down the stairs from the 7th floor. Upon check-out, we asked the staff to help us lift just one piece of luggage, but they refused.

The room is spacious, but the sheets and pillowcases are worn out and need to be replaced. The bathroom is a bit scary because the floor is black and the lights are not bright. Breakfast is just a box of rice. There is no soap, toothbrush, or drinking water. Not recommended.

The hotel is really cheap. The hotel is also good. It's just lacking a blanket and the bed sheet is really dirty. But yeah, what do we expect. It's according to the price. Because the hotel is really cheap. That's the only minus

Experience Staying here for 2 weeks is comfortable, close to everywhere, and the price is cheap compared to other places. The downside is the sheets are dirty and have lots of spots or whatever. Maybe in the future the sheets and blankets can be replaced. Also there is a lot of trash under the bed. Initially given a room on the 8th floor but it was a bit scary, dark and the bathroom smelled very bad of pee. The next day asked to change rooms and the service was good including the cleaning service, everyone was friendly, apart from that the hotel and all the staff were very nice and friendly
