We're family with kids, staying at this hotel for three nights, and we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly strategic – right in the city center, making it easy to get around and close to many restaurants, shopping centers, and attractions such as Surabaya Zoo, Submarine Monument, Heroes' Cemetery, and etc.
The room was spacious, spotless, well-maintained and equipped with adequate facilities. The bed was comfortable. Additionally, they have microwave in the rooms!
Overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The view of the city of Surabaya from our rooms was truly beautiful.
The breakfast was good, with a variety of options available each day.
What stood out the most was the excellent service!
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. From check-in to check-out, and during breakfast time- everything went smoothly and professionally.
Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and top-quality service in the city center. Surely will come back!

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel, the room was spacious, clean, the bed was big, the sheets, pillowcases, and bed cover were sooooo white, the wifi was fast, the service was good, the facilities were complete, the staff were super friendly, always smiling and greeting guests politely, even when I met them outside the hotel, they greeted me.

Alhamdulillah, yesterday I needed a room to stay overnight with a refrigerator, masyaAllah I got one that is close to the city center and affordable for a suite room type, the room is spacious with cold AC, the facilities are quite complete there is a minibar microwave mini fridge safe, get free snacks and drinks. Just a suggestion Sis, for the variety of breakfast food menus, it can be upgraded to be more diverse and for information, the receptionist's dial number can be posted near the telephone. I tried to contact the OB/CS section via the button near the door but there was no response so I was quite confused (for the book there is a laundry service and a restaurant section), but overall the stay here was comfortable and quiet, the staff were friendly, the room was spacious and strategic. Barakallah, hopefully it will continue to develop and more visitors will stay ✨

The staff were unfriendly and did not demonstrate good service skills, especially at the reception. We could only enter our rooms at 4:30 PM, when it should have been 2:00 PM. The breakfast menu lacked variety.

The staff were unfriendly and did not demonstrate good service skills, especially at the reception. We could only enter our rooms at 4:30 PM, when it should have been 2:00 PM. The breakfast menu lacked variety.

Close to KBS and the city center, friendly staff. However, the toilet water flow on the 12th floor was suboptimal, and the AC remote didn't work properly. Otherwise, everything was fine.
