This is the umpteenth time I have stayed here, besides the strategic location in the city center, the price is also very affordable and the room facilities are good.

This was my third stay there, but this last time I got a smaller room. I always stay in the same room type, but when I confirmed, they said it was a deluxe room. Maybe I used an offline travel agent back then, but this time, an online travel agency was cheaper, so I booked through one. Breakfast didn't have any meat.

It was a very comfortable stay, just need to add more variety to the breakfast. Thank you.

I initially requested a double bed, but ended up getting twin beds because it's a non-smoking room. Okay... As for the bathroom, the hot water shower didn't work at all in room 10111. Hopefully, it can be fixed soon. As for service, the staff was quite friendly, and the breakfast was quite tasty with a wide variety of menu options.

This was our second stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was a large window, offering a view of Surabaya. However, the AC wasn't cold enough for me. The TV was still the old one (not a smart TV).

The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and all the service was excellent, friendly, and pleasant. I would stay here again if I were to return to Surabaya. Thank you to all the hotel staff. I wish you continued health and continued enthusiasm for your work.
