It was incredibly cool, especially since we stayed there on a weekend. The hotel room was very comfortable, very clean, and kid-friendly. There's a street food stall with live music in the courtyard, so you can hang out without having to travel far. Overall, it was a great experience. I really like the location. Close to Bungkul Park and the culinary area. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is very varied. The staff is friendly but not very informative. They only tell you when you ask. But it's okay!

Overall is good, yeah, but during check-out, it wasn't checked again... I left something of mine behind. Well, it's not enough to be asked if there's anything left behind. Next time, please check again for every guest who checks out. The lobby is very narrow... What's the point of many people in the lobby if they don't diligently open and close the door? It's like a display, making the lobby even narrower.

The hotel is great. Clean, tidy, and fragrant. The corridors and lobby are also very fragrant and tidy, I really like it hehehe. It's also a 4-star hotel, and the price is really the best deal. I think I'll stay here again if I go to Surabaya 🤩🩷
