The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I checked in with a twin-bed room the first time, but was immediately moved to a single-bed room the next day and helped move my luggage since I was out of the hotel. The breakfast was comprehensive and delicious, definitely worth trying, and the price was very reasonable for the experience and quality.

The room was very spacious and clean. However, the TV was a bit slow when plugged in with a USB cable. Breakfast could be improved, but unfortunately, I found it to be less than satisfactory, despite the extensive menu. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended. We've stayed at this hotel several times because it's close to my parents' house. The rooms are spacious, there's a swimming pool, it's close to the mosque, there's a minimarket, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful.

There are often small worms in the bathroom, there is no water dispenser, the AC is not cold, the hot sunlight penetrates the room glass, the vehicle parking is not shaded, there is no security guard either, ask for a queen bed but are given 2 single beds, the hot water is often unstable when showering, the breakfast menu is boring and bland.

Recommended, close to everywhere, right in front of the hotel is Bungkul Park, where you can do CFD every week. The food is also varied, initially requested a twin bed but the next day was immediately replaced with a double bed with a view. There is a gym and a swimming pool, happy to be able to stay 4 days 3 nights here, next time I go to Surabaya.
