This hotel is not a 5 star at all. Small reception area. Very dirty bathroom, old bedsheets and rotten towels. They are renovating on the other side of the hotel but it supposed to show their 5 star status if they put it in the traveloka. I felt betrayed by the 5 star. Breafast is horrible. We found cockroach on the bread. They confused, dont know how to handle such situation fast. Staff professionalism are so bad that I had to direct them personally how to handle such critical situation by taking the plate and asking them to take out the whole bread plate with the coackroach still in it and asked to bring new bread and keep calm. Breakfast variety is ok, but the quality is not 5 star. Egg station were also a disappointment. All and all, we are disappointed.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. I was given a room far from the elevator and right next to a room undergoing renovations, so the hammering and drilling were incredibly noisy. It took repeated complaints before they were stopped. My advice is to avoid rooms adjacent to rooms undergoing renovations (give them a break). The cleanliness is also less than perfect. The rest of the small temporary lobby and the temporary restaurant in the alley next to the prayer room are still acceptable, as they are hidden by the hospitality of the hotel staff.

I stayed at a bad time, as the second floor lobby was being renovated, making it a bit of a hassle to get to my room, have breakfast, and enjoy the pool, as I had to go downstairs and make a detour. Good value for money. But when we came to the hotel at 1pm they said their policy doesn't allow early check in so we must wait until 2pm. We were with a 4 months old baby. I think 1 hour early check in should have been allowed in a hotel which is shown as 5 star. Everything else was good except for this

This hotel is not a 5 star at all. Small reception area. Very dirty bathroom, old bedsheets and rotten towels. They are renovating on the other side of the hotel but it supposed to show their 5 star status if they put it in the traveloka. I felt betrayed by the 5 star. Breafast is horrible. We found cockroach on the bread. They confused, dont know how to handle such situation fast. Staff professionalism are so bad that I had to direct them personally how to handle such critical situation by taking the plate and asking them to take out the whole bread plate with the coackroach still in it and asked to bring new bread and keep calm. Breakfast variety is ok, but the quality is not 5 star. Egg station were also a disappointment. All and all, we are disappointed.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. I was given a room far from the elevator and right next to a room undergoing renovations, so the hammering and drilling were incredibly noisy. It took repeated complaints before they were stopped. My advice is to avoid rooms adjacent to rooms undergoing renovations (give them a break). The cleanliness is also less than perfect. The rest of the small temporary lobby and the temporary restaurant in the alley next to the prayer room are still acceptable, as they are hidden by the hospitality of the hotel staff.

I stayed at a bad time, as the second floor lobby was being renovated, making it a bit of a hassle to get to my room, have breakfast, and enjoy the pool, as I had to go downstairs and make a detour. Good value for money. But when we came to the hotel at 1pm they said their policy doesn't allow early check in so we must wait until 2pm. We were with a 4 months old baby. I think 1 hour early check in should have been allowed in a hotel which is shown as 5 star. Everything else was good except for this
