My second stay at this hotel, I miss it. The first time was with friends and yesterday with family. The atmosphere is comfortable, the location is strategic, the environment is safe and clean, the staff is friendly, the hotel service, rooms, and restaurants are all excellent. My son wants to stay here again when we come to Bandung again, it's addictive. The hotel is currently under renovation, hopefully it will be even cooler but still retain its history. Thank you Grand Preanger, thank you for the service we received during our stay there. It was a very memorable and satisfying stay at this hotel.

The room was actually comfortable and large, although the furniture was antique. It was clean, but the old building and interior made everything feel dated but comfortable. I was tired of having to climb the stairs to the third floor, as it was still under renovation and there was no elevator. After walking around the Braga area, I wanted to rest right away, but I had to exercise by climbing the stairs. It was a bit difficult to sleep at night because the street was noisy with traffic. But if asked if I would stay here again, I would, but maybe look for a quieter area. Maybe a room a little further away from the traffic noise and with an elevator that was already accessible.

Please fix it immediately, especially the bathroom. The hot water is difficult to control, the towels are overdue for replacement as they're no longer absorbent and smell a bit off, and the bathroom smells awful.
