I arrived late at night and was a bit confused because the lobby was quite deep, and it turned out to be undergoing renovations. Overall, it was great. As usual, the room was tidy, the AC was cold, the water heater worked, the breakfast was delicious, including my favorite bread pudding, and the atmosphere felt very Bandung. Best of luck to Preanger.

I often stay here when I go to Bandung, because the location is very strategic in the center of Bandung, it's easy to go anywhere, but for the last moment yesterday the atmosphere was less comfortable because the hotel was being renovated ... you can also propose more benefits, for customers who repeatedly stay here, whether it's just a variety of fruit or welcoming cakes when entering the room, etc., so that consumers are happy, not just ordinary like in general, just input for management, but so far it's been good ... thanks for serving, greetings 🙏

When staying at this hotel, we benefited from its great location. While others would have to drive their cars in traffic jams and find it difficult to find parking on Jalan Asia-Afrika or Alun-alun Bandung, we could easily just walk. When I stayed, the hotel was undergoing half-renovation, so access to the swimming pool was a bit far. The rooms looked a bit old, which is true because this is an old/legendary hotel, but it is well-maintained. The chlorine in the swimming pool was a bit painful for my eyes. The gym was basic and some of the lift cables were broken. I found the price of room service food to be a bit pricey, and breakfast was also a bit lacking for a star-rated hotel (sorry, the porridge was cold). However, the staff, especially the security guard who greeted us at the front, were very helpful and kind.
