I stayed here on Christmas Day. To my surprised, the check in went very smooth & fast. The assigned room wasn't ready yet but the receptionist was quick to change it so we got our room immediately. We got the newly renovated room, and it was beautiful. Love the new interior. The nook seat next to the window is our favorite! This hotel is suitable for business but also for family. Room is spacious with complete amenities. The foods are delicious, lots of choices too. The hotel connected to mall which make it easy to shop & more choices for food. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Will be back for sure!

Hotel Grand Hyatt is one of my favorite hotels in Jakarta. I have been there since my early childhood, well technically I grew up here 😁. Though the hotel is "quite" old, but designs are modern. They have renovated upper floor rooms with high technology. Services given are great and of course staffs are nice and easy chat-able. Room service were wonderful and fast. I am looking forward to use their service again.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The view is the HI roundabout. Shopping for Louis Vuitton is just a walk from the hotel to Plaza Indonesia. The dinner is also really good accompanied by live music. The breakfast is delicious, crunchy and tasty. If you go to Jakarta again, you want to stay here again. Don't want to move to another hotel.

The room is very comfortable, the quality is according to the price I stayed at the New Year's Eve view roundabout the room was actually comfortable, but when I stayed yesterday I was very disappointed with the service I left the hotel at 10 am, I have left a message to housekeeping to be cleaned and cleaned because the room is messy the rest of the night I came back at 4 pm only to find my room had not changed at all aka not cleaned even if I didn't complain no one would clean the hotel just said sorry and there has been a miskom since when did I clean the miskom room and because I was back, I didn't can rest because the room is messy.
