Special thanks to Ms. Tamara and Ms. Rully (Front office) and also the safety guard at the pool area, they were so helpful and kind. Thank you for the best hospitality during my husband's birthday and we will surely come back very soon! Best birthday ever and Grand Hyatt had always been best service since my childhood.

A pleasant experience for my husband, who was visiting Indonesia for the first time.
Staying at the Hyatt Jakarta was wonderful.
Friendly staff, clean place, and delicious breakfast 🥰
Beautiful view of the Indonesia roundabout.
One thing I found lacking was that the sofa bed in the family room wasn't comfortable enough for the kids, and they didn't immediately provide extra pillows and blankets.
Hopefully, the extra blanket service can be improved (they shouldn't have provided a thin blanket).
Upon checking out, I stopped by the cafe to buy some chocolate.
My son received a chocolate tart as a gift ❤️
Overall, everything was great.
