I stayed at the Grandinna Malioboro hotel for 4 days and 3 nights with my family. For me and the family this hotel is very convenient for us, because of its location in front of Malioboro, so I can go back and forth to Malioboro. Then my children are also happy because there are indoor playground facilities and the pool is also good. For the restaurant, the menus are many and varied, it tastes really good, the breakfast menu is available turmeric acid and kencur rice, love it tastes also good, for the service is also fast, the check-in and check-out process does not require a long time, and there is free parking ticket for those staying there. As for the room, the room is clean, and the bathroom has a bathtub. Hotel Grandinna is highly recommended. Next if you go to Yogya, you want to stay here again.

The room is clean, the maid staff is friendly, the corridor leading to the room is clean and smells good, because you stay during the Christmas holidays, at night there is live music of Christmas carols from teenagers, so the Christmas atmosphere feels like in a western country, for breakfast it's pretty good , maybe because of the holiday atmosphere so at breakfast it was not comfortable because the guests took it very messy and the staff didn't pay attention, so what was the impression like that ?! Maybe the next one pays more attention to it, for the others it's really ok.

The cupboards are porous, the floors and mattresses are not comfortable, the bathroom tub drain is clogged, the toilet jet shower is from the left. AC filter very dirty. What is very good is the lobby and parking as well as the strategic location of the hotel.

Sebenarnya saya sudah beberapa kali menginap di Grand Inna bersama keluarga. Tapi kali ini saya menginap dalam rangka honeymoon setelah menikah. Kesan pertama sungguh sangat membuat emosi. Saya bersama pasangan naik motor ke Grand Inna. Sampai di Grand Inna siang hari. Perasaan saat itu kami happy. Kami diberhentikan oleh security hotel yang duduk di area luar hotel. Kalau yang pernah ke Grand Inna pasti tau ada satpam yang bertugas di area luar, duduk di kursi meja kayu. Dengan nada ketus bertanya kepada kami. Mau kemana. Saya jawab saya tamu pak. Dijawab lagi dengan nada ketus seperti membentak. Sudah booking belum. Saya jawab sudah pak. Satpamnya tetap ketus bertanya, kalau sudah booking kamar nomor berapa. Dengan nada seperti berteriak. Akhirnya karena saya sudah habis kesabaran. Saya jawab dengan nada marah.'ya nggak tau pak, saya belum check-in. Mana tau kamar nomor berapa', dengan ketusnya satpam tersebut menjawab ya udah sana sana. Kalau tanya mau ke mana dan sudah booking menurut saya sangat wajar. Saya pernah sebelumnya saat ke Grand Inna sendiri ditanya pertanyaan demikian. Sudah jadi standar pertanyaan hotel. Tapi kalau sampai tanya kamar nomor berapa, nada membentak dan ketus menurut saya sangat minus sekali. Sangat aneh tamu baru datang, ditanya kamar nomor berapa padahal belum check-in 🥲. Baru pertama kalinya seumur hidup saya digitukan petugas hotel. Selama ini selalu ke Grand Inna ramah-ramah. Atau karena saya naik motor kah. Sedangkan yang lain naik mobil. Sampai saya tanyakan ke security bagian lobby, siapa nama satpam yang bertugas di bagian depan hotel. Padahal pelayan lainnya ramah-ramah sekali. Apalagi ketika tau saya sedang honeymoon dari Grand Inna memberikan cake honeymoon, kamar di dekor ala honeymoon sederhana. Tapi dengan sikap satu satpam, cukup merusak momen. Saya berharap, semoga ada kebijakan dari Grand Inna untuk menegur security yang bersikap merendahkan, membentak konsumen. Di hari ke 2 setelah check out dan keluar dari hotel saya sempat balik lagi ke Grand Inna karena ada barang yang tertinggal. Sepertinya satpam yang sama masih berjaga, karena saya hanya lihat sekilas. Satpamnya kondisi duduk seperti melambai tangan 2x dengan cepat seolah-olah seperti mengatakan 'udah sana-sana'. Berbeda dengan satpam di lobby hotel yang langsung sigap menghampiri saya, bertanya ada yang bisa dibantu. Teruntuk bapak yang terhormat, semoga hanya saya yang bapak perlakukan seperti itu. Semoga besok-besok tidak pandang bulu dalam bersikap ramah ke semua customer hotel ya pak. Semoga Grand Inna membaca ulasan saya. Terima kasih 😊.

Katanya hotel tua, tapi setelah menginap fasilitas jauh lebih baik dari kebanyakan hotel sekelasnya, kurangnya cuma susah keluar masuk kendaraan saat jalan Malioboro ditutup.

Milih staycation di sini karena suka sama old fashioned hotel dan lokasi strategis tinggal jalan kaki aja ke pusat keramaian Malioboro. Kamar lumayan bersih sayangnya bising banget jadi gabisa tidur nyenyak. Di sini juga tidak tersedia hair dryer. Proses check in lumayan lama dan petugas tidak responsif harus bolak balik nanya ke FO. Kalau bukan karena lokasinya strategis males buat nginep sini lagi. Yuk diperbaiki lagi yuk service nya
