I judge more on the building and food, from the outside this building is cool, but from the gate it looks like you want to enter the TNI complex using a rope-pulling iron gate, I don't know if this is common or not in Medan, the receptionist is nice, but the appearance of their make-up and clothes is like a budget hotel, the look is less impressive, entering the elevator the buttons are broken and sunken, and the door before entering the elevator is not tight, entering the room has a 90s style atmosphere, the furniture is really old-fashioned, the electrical sockets are completely unreachable for us or the heater, if using a kettle, you have to support it underneath to reach the socket, the food is a bit bland, maybe Jakarta's tongue is not suitable.

You can jog in the morning at Medan's Merdeka Field.
Unfortunately, the room was a bit dirty this time,

The sheets were very dusty, the refrigerator was dead/not cold, asked for a double bed but was given a twin bed, the hotel room windows were not cleaned regularly and it was very uncomfortable to see the city view, the curtains were never washed/vacuumed because they were very dusty, the elevator was very old-fashioned, please Grand Inna, don't be so stingy in fixing your hotel, your hotel only wins in the middle of the city and has a saltwater pool and a decent breakfast, the rest is not so good, the hotel also seems really scary because it looks like it wasn't taken care of earlier, for a royal class with a price of around 600 thousand, it's a big loss, there are still many hotels out there that are much better and even the TV channels already use Netflix, hopefully they will fix it soon or at least set the price according to your hotel standards which are like a 2-star hotel for cleanliness and suitability
