The place is spacious, clean, affordable, includes a bathtub, and very comfortable. It's close to everything. I'll be back again.

Budget friendly, close to city center

The staff is friendly. The location is very strategic, right on the main road. Close to everything, and there are plenty of places to eat. There are lots of fast food options in front of the hotel, including McDonald's, Burger King, and Domino's, just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious, but due to the old building, there are many things that need to be improved. There are no power outlets, no hot water, and the mattress has many stains, and the sheets are not very clean. The food is okay, although there is still a lack of variety. So far, it's comfortable and the price is quite affordable.

Although it's an older hotel, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms are quite good. We booked two rooms and checked in quite late. Our phone request for adjacent rooms and the AC turned on in advance was met by the hotel staff. The receptionist was very helpful. We got rooms 201 and 202. For an affordable price, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, with First Media TV, cool AC (very important), a refrigerator, and a coffee/tea maker. The interior has been upgraded with better lighting. The sofa chair needed repairs; there was a tear and a small stain/hole on the bedsheet, but the sheets and pillows were clean and fragrant. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the shower worked well. The receptionist and security staff were friendly and helpful. The parking area is spacious and the hotel is in a strategic location. A downside that needs attention is the dirty pool area, as if it hadn't been cleaned often. The water was green and mossy, making my child a bit afraid to swim, and in the end, he didn't, due to the abundance of leaf litter scattered around. The hotel is right on the main road, so the noise from vehicles, especially racing motorcycles and noisy exhausts, is very disruptive, especially at night and into the early morning, as the rooms are not soundproof. Consider this if you need a quiet rest. Otherwise, the facilities are fine; upgrading is needed to compete with nearby hotels.

I checked in last minute on March 20th as an alternative to parking at the neighboring hotel. The parking attendant and receptionist were incredibly friendly. However, because it's an older hotel, the ambiance inside and outside the room was a bit gloomy.

The hotel's strategic location in the city center is disappointing, but the maintenance is subpar. The swimming pool was dirty, so our family couldn't use it. We also requested a non-smoking room, but the smell of cigarettes lingered. Nevertheless, the staff was very friendly. Thank you.

I've stayed here several times, but the bathroom still doesn't have hot water, not even warm water. Please fix this. Thank you.

I was really happy to have my sahur delivered, everything was good and working well, "not a buzzer" huh.

Strategic location, main road of Pajajaran, near Bogor Botanical Gardens, Botani Square, and food center.

We got a room on the fourth floor, and we could hear traffic noise, but it wasn't bothering us. Overall, it's highly recommended. The only downside of the three rooms we booked was that only one didn't have a bath mat. We suggest adding more variety to the food, like pudding or a small cake for dessert, and providing hotel slippers. Thank you for your excellent service.
