The hotel's strategic location in the city center is disappointing, but the maintenance is subpar. The swimming pool was dirty, so our family couldn't use it. We also requested a non-smoking room, but the smell of cigarettes lingered. Nevertheless, the staff was very friendly. Thank you.

We got a room on the fourth floor, and we could hear traffic noise, but it wasn't bothering us. Overall, it's highly recommended. The only downside of the three rooms we booked was that only one didn't have a bath mat. We suggest adding more variety to the food, like pudding or a small cake for dessert, and providing hotel slippers. Thank you for your excellent service.

Stayed at the Grand Parango Hotel because I had work in Bogor. From the location, it was quite strategic. I took a superior room. The condition of the room was that the bedsheets were stained. There were lots of small animals stuck to the ceiling in the bathroom. The towels were still damp or not dry. They didn't provide slippers and there was no mat when we got out of the bathroom. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

On December 31, 2025 - January 1, 2026, my friends and I stayed at Grand Pangrango Bogor and it was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly, the rooms and toilets were clean and spacious. There was a band for entertainment, and my friends and I were allowed to sing and dance together. At 00:00, fireworks were lit in the sky, making it even more exciting.

I stayed on a weekday, the location was ok... the food was not very varied... the pool was a bit dirty, the warning sign for the pool was not very visible, because it was too deep at 2.5 meters for a pool this size.
