The room is quite spacious and the facilities in the room function well, the staff is friendly. The room and hotel are clean. There is a swimming pool with several levels of depth. An old-fashioned hotel. Checked in at 3 PM and got a room with a TV that wasn't very clear. Eventually, I moved, but the TV didn't get a signal again. I moved again, and finally, it worked. The food was mediocre. So, it's within your budget, so don't expect too much.

Overall, my stay at the Grand Pangarango was quite good. A few caveats: in my room, 207, there were black stains in the corner of the bathroom that needed to be cleaned. The air conditioning seemed very outdated, and the on/off button didn't work. Breakfast seemed adequate considering the already affordable price per night. The security guard and receptionist were quite helpful.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable enough, but the AC wasn't cold enough, and the water heater didn't work, making it hot all night. Luckily, the morning breakfast was delicious, although not very varied.

Overall, it's okay. I'm just annoyed with room service and the receptionist. They don't pick up the phone, it seems like they're ignoring me. Please pay more attention to cleanliness, because I found a lot of hair in the bathroom that hadn't been removed.
