Staff hotel ramah, hotel kids friendly.. recommended

The hotel was nice, but I was assigned a room in a very far corner, and with a baby, it was a long walk to the elevator. The food was complete and delicious, and the facilities were okay.

The hotel is comfortable, the place is kids friendly, there are many rides, from playgrounds, water spill pools, pirate ships, outdoor play parks, bicycles, etc. The breakfast is varied and delicious.

Kids friendly and very comfortable staycation at Grand Rohan

This hotel is very suitable for children's holiday choices because it is very kids friendly, there are 2 swimming pools with a pool slide (back) and a regular one (front) with a cruise ship-style building, then there is a train toy right above the swimming pool, there are scooters, bicycles, playground & cycling around the garden is also possible. Then the breakfast menu is crazy with lots of variations, basically the breakfast menu is the best (ice cream, popcorn, takoyaki, noodles, national/expat menus, cakes, and lots of children's snacks. Very close to Gembira Loka Zoo (10 minutes). Oh yes, choose a room with a balcony view of the garden, if the weather is clear you can get a view of Mount Merapi.

The hotel staff were all friendly and very helpful, which is the most important thing. The room service food was also very delicious.

I was very impressed with how the staff handled my questions. Upon check-in, I asked if I could swim in my regular (non-sharia) swimsuit. I was very politely told, "Yes, ma'am." So, even though it's a sharia hotel, it doesn't impose sharia rules on its guests. Thank you.

The staff were friendly and helpful upon check-in, the food was decent but perhaps more kids-friendly breakfast options could be provided. Overall, our family and I enjoyed our 3 days and 2 nights here, enjoying swimming in the front area, where there's a waterfall, a boat, and a depth gauge. At the back, there's a slide pool, a barrel waterfall, a rabbit enclosure, and a mini train. In the garden, there are swings, slides, a seesaw, push bikes, and an indoor playground. All the staff are quick to supervise and are always available if you need any assistance.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, the food was delicious and varied, the children's playground was great, and there was a mosque on site so my husband could pray in congregation. Excellent.

The staff is friendly, and the rooms are okay, but there are a few things I think could be improved, such as: 1. The Wi-Fi is okay, but in some areas, even in the rooms, it's inaccessible, especially in the corner rooms. The signal is okay, but the internet speed is terrible. 2. It's a shame that the in-room entertainment system still uses standard cable TV, not Android or Smart TV. It would be great if the in-room entertainment system were upgraded. If you stay here, choose a room facing Mount Merapi. It's highly recommended, especially on the top floor. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection of menu options and a spacious dining area, making it suitable for families with children.

Will be the first choice of place to stay when going to Jogja, this is the second time and always happy.

I've stayed at three underrated hotels in Jogja. A 4-star hotel offers a more affordable price with numerous amenities. There's a playground, a children's pool, and other free play areas under construction. The food is also very varied and delicious.

My experience staying here. 1. Check in by showing your original ID card. 2. You'll be given an access card. 3. Comfortable single beds, which can be combined for three people with small children. There are four long, soft, clean pillows. The toilet and bathroom are very clean. There are free towels, two drinks, a refrigerator, very cold AC, a TV with many channels, and Netflix is also available. The Wi-Fi internet speed is 30 Mbps. 4. Breakfast: check in/register first by stating your room number. 5. Variety of food: porridge, soto, traditional gudeg, mixed salads, salad, fruit, tea, coffee, infused water, orange juice, guava juice, water, green bean/sticky rice porridge, toast, various breads, omelets, takoyaki, fried rice. Everything is delicious, fresh, hygienic, fresh, and still hot. 6. There are two swimming pools: a long pool with heights of 80 cm, 90 cm, 120 cm, and 20 cm. A special swimming pool for children and babies (there's a slide and waterfall). Free swimming facilities: Towels, floats for babies and adults (paid: floats in various shapes). Before swimming, tell the staff near the pool and tell them your room number. They'll give you a towel and float. Don't forget to return them after swimming. The pool is clean, the water is frequently cleaned and replaced. The bathrooms at the pool have both cold and warm showers. 7. The train ride is also free, both adults and children can ride. 8. There are rabbits, and another new ride is still under construction. 9. Play facilities: electric bikes, manual bikes, and children's bikes for 2 years old are all free, but there's a 15-minute time limit. The hotel area is very spacious, suitable for families with many children, with cool air, lots of trees, and photo spots, including a fish pond. 10. The children's playground is large, with lots of toys, cool air conditioning, and the playground is always clean. 11. Spacious motorcycle and car parking is secure and monitored by CCTV. 24 hours, service to all hotel staff: friendly, kind, polite, smiling, greetings. Hopefully in the future the hotel price will be <600 thousand + VAT + food for 2 people

It's so cool, I don't regret staying here, it's top. Stayed in 2 deluxe balcony rooms, first thing in the morning, wow, this hotel has a big, clean mosque and a large collection of motorbikes and antique cars. Moving on to the back, wow, the children's play area is really satisfying, big pools for children and adults, all the play facilities are free, so we extended our stay for 2 nights, because we were already in love.

Every time we stay, we make time for a walk or jog around or outside the hotel, but what's special about the Grand Rohan is that, thanks to its spacious backyard and jogging track, we can jog within the hotel grounds. With its neat, green garden, jogging is incredibly enjoyable. After a dozen laps, we can head straight to breakfast.

The hotel is suitable for families, with lots of children's games such as a swimming pool, basketball court, electric bikes, etc. The food is also delicious. The location is close to the city so it's close to everywhere. Recommended to come again next time. Thank you.

This time, I want to appreciate the amazing staff who found our "lost" 2-year-old nephew. He happened to be happily going in and out of his older siblings' rooms. It turns out he was found outside by a guest, who informed the hotel and then passed it on to us. Thank you, Grand Rohan. We'll definitely stay here again.

Thank you to the hotel for providing a room in a prime location, right in front of the monument. The service was excellent, including asking about any issues we encountered. We received a very affordable price during high season.

A clean hotel with friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast, thank God. More children's pool facilities make a holiday with children more enjoyable, with an Islamic service concept.
