Good service, special lobby with many antique vehicles, friendly and very helpful staff, but regarding sharia hotels, perhaps swimwear could be regulated more clearly, many people wear regular clothes instead of swimwear, making the impression less pleasant/less classy for a hotel of this size, and also the cleanliness of the restaurant location is not maintained during breakfast, apart from that, other facilities are good.

The service from all the staff was very friendly, the breakfast menu was very varied, what was really unfortunate was that when booking it didn't include access to Kora-Kora Park. I thought the kids' activities were included, but it wasn't. Hopefully I can stay at Grand Rohan again next time. Overall, I really enjoyed staying here.

Masya Allah, the first 4-star sharia hotel I've ever stayed at. Friendly staff, delicious and varied food. The five-times call to prayer can be heard in your room with melodious sounds. The hotel's mosque offers congregational prayers five times a day, plus Friday prayers. Fun games for children, kids-friendly. Barokallah, Grand Rohan Hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and was extremely satisfied. It was very satisfying in every way. Highly recommended. The exceptionally soft bed, the extensive and delicious breakfast, was incredibly varied and tasty. Grand Rohan is simply amazing.

The check-in process was a bit lacking, perhaps due to the peak season on a long weekend. But otherwise, it was satisfactory. The kids loved the facilities, from the swimming pool, the pirate park, the mini basketball court, the bike rides in the backyard, to the kids-friendly breakfast menu.

It's perfect for a staycation because there are so many activities, so it's never boring. The breakfast options are plentiful and delicious. Awesome.

This was my first time staying here, staying for two nights in a business suite. I was very pleased with the friendly staff, spacious and clean room, varied breakfast menu, and the hotel's kid-friendly facilities, with plenty of rides for children to enjoy.
