Dirty carpet in the room is more dusty. Remote AC cannot work properly. Floor drain cannot work properly.

This hotel is recommended if you want to visit the city of Bukittinggi, strategic location, very close if you want to play to Kinantan Zoo, walk 5 minutes and arrive. The breakfast is really good, the food is delicious and has many variants, next time I will stay here again!

The room is dirty, the spoon is not given, the hose in the closet is leaking. The problem is only 1 night, so lazy to complain. It looks like the hotel lacks maintenance, even though the hotel is still new.
