We have reviewed the records for the period in question, and indeed there were several rooms where the Do Not Disturb (DND) button was turned on, preventing our housekeeping team from entering the room without permission. In certain circumstances, if you require cleaning services outside of the regular schedule, you can directly contact Reception and our team will be happy to assist. In some cases, there are also guests who choose to refuse cleaning because they want to rest, and this can sometimes cause problems if there is more than one occupant in the room. Because the name listed in the review is incomplete, we are limited in our ability to further investigate the details of this incident. If you would like, we would greatly appreciate it if you could contact us further through various official Grand Zuri Pekanbaru social media platforms. Dear Reka B., Thank you for your review and feedback. We fully understand the inconvenience you experienced regarding the cost of replacing the linens. Upon our direct inspection, we discovered that the linens in question—the sheets and duvet cover—were indeed stained quite heavily in several areas, mostly from chocolate-based foods. To restore them to their original clean condition, a special chemical was used. However, despite the cleaning process, the stains remained, making the linens unusable, as it would lower the quality and cleanliness standards we maintain for all our guests. The replacement policy is not merely a penalty, but rather a form of accountability for damage to facilities that are no longer fit for use. We consistently implement this to ensure every guest experiences with the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. We value every guest's feedback, including yours, and will continue to strive to maintain transparency and provide the best service. The staff were nice, and helpful, the room was clean, the food was good especially nasgor kari, its located in the center of pekanbaru city, near an old mall so finding food its not a hard thing to do, unfortunately my times were short so i dont explore much, but i would do if i have another opportunity to pekanbaru
