Yesterday I checked in at the hotel, when I arrived at the reception and was offered a smoking or non-smoking room, then I chose a smoking room, not long after I was told to wait by the receptionist staff named Anisa, she said it would only take 30 minutes, and she said she would come to me in the lobby when it was ready, but in fact no, the room was ready but she just kept quiet, until finally I came back to the receptionist to ask for the room. Finally I just got into the room at 4 pm. Please pay more attention to service and communication with customers.

Hotel staff are very friendly. However, facilities wise, the sofa material is torn and feels damp. The carpet in the hallway is also torn. In the room, it is quite difficult to open the door with the access key. The bed sheets are discolored, and the Wi-Fi coverage is very limited. The wood on the bathroom door is also damaged.

Our stay was less than comfortable due to the presence of cockroaches in the room and their presence on the mattress. Furthermore, the cafe next door was quite noisy, especially at night. The only advantage is its strategic location.
