The room is separate from the RCP, the lights are a bit dim, there are lots of ants on the TV, the shower is tilted, the mat is not absorbent so it makes it slippery.

I supposed to check out on Nov. 8 but I checked out on Nov. 7 2024 I asked for refund but it can not. As per receptionist because I'm checked out late at around 7pm so it goes already counted as of Nov. 8 which to me at 7pm on Nov. 7 not even reaching Nov. 8. I wasted my money for 1 more day.

Given a room that does not match the family room. After negotiating, finally given a family room like the one in the app. This kind of service must be maintained because what is offered in the app's photo is in accordance with customer expectations.

AC kurang dingin, sudah di bantu setel oleh Room Service tetap kurang dingin. Ditawarkan pindah ke lain kamar, hanya kamar tersebut sepertinya jarang terpakai, lembab dan suasana kamar sedikit horor. Akhirnya tetap di kamar semula. Overall hanya AC saja kekurangannya, yang lainnya cukup bagus 👍

TV has not many channels because there is no signal. No dry tissue available. Hot shower is there. I ordered a room with 2 large beds, there are lights that can't be turned off so you sleep.

No lift. Of course. It's a budget hotel. Close to Thamrin but the road was small, Grab driver often were reluctant to go in. The best part is their bed, surprisingly very comfy. Would come back.

Cannot request. Given on the 4th floor, even though the max request is on the 2nd floor. Ext is not cleaned. Narrow roads sometimes motorcycle taxis refuse to enter the alley so it is not recommended for those who shop / carry a lot of groceries. Receptionist not friendly

Near Monas and Tanah Abang, the place is clean and comfortable. It's just that there is no car park, so you have to look for a car park outside the alley. At that time I paid security money for the safety of the car. At the hotel I got a room on the 4th floor, but there is no elevator, so go up the stairs.

The toilet is not clean enough, I know how many days I stayed this inn asked for a room to be cleaned, never cleaned, just blinking, yes, I walk, Going home the room is still dirty, the garbage is never thrown away, the towels are never replaced with toothbrushes the next day not.
