All the hotel staff are very friendly, and access is easy. It's close to Bandungan town square. The hotel's amenities are also very complete. Recommended for families, and the atmosphere is also cool. There's a free shuttle service for nearby areas.

many staffs were friendly, unless the shuttle driver.. they drove the shuttle too fast, it could be harsh for goods, equipments n kids. overall the resort was so nice..

The room was clean. The AC seemed old. The mattress was uncomfortable, sagging. We were there looking for a comfortable place to sleep and rest, but the mattress actually sagged. The breakfast was delicious, complete, and plentiful. It's a shame you can't bring food to your room. A hotel like this shouldn't allow you to bring food to your room.
