Although the building is old, it's not as scary as I expected. The rooms are fairly clean, the air conditioning works well (cold), and the bathroom has hot water. The morning atmosphere is especially nice, as the building is located by the lake, with its cool air. If there's an event at UI, it's better to stay here than the round trip from Jakarta.

It's not bad, cheap price, you get breakfast.

The location and atmosphere are very conducive to campus activities. Good facilities make it a convenient and economical accommodation option.

It's relatively clean, but could use some improvement. There are some dusty spots. Breakfast is delivered around 7 a.m. by knocking on the door. If you're staying here and plan to wake up late, it might be worth informing us in advance.

Overall, please do not expect much, it is in-line with the cost

There were no cups in the room even though they were needed for warm drinking water from the dispenser, the phone was also not answered by the receptionist at night. Even though the inn was very quiet, I was afraid to go out of the room at night.

Friendly staff. Near the canteen. Lack of cleanliness.

The location is on the UI campus so it is suitable for those who happen to have an event at UI. The air is fresh and comfortable, with beautiful views, good for walking or exercising, especially bicycles that can be used by guests. However, the shortcomings of this guest house lie in the condition of the rooms that are not maintained, the wooden windows are damaged so they are difficult to open, some wood is affected by termites so it looks unclean. Hopefully it can be better.

The staff is very friendly, the room is clean, the view on the balcony is great.

Di lantai satu balkonnya kotor, pintu menuju balkonnya juga susah ditutup. Selain itu cukup ok. Pelayanannya ramah, sarapannya enak. Overall 7/10.

Stayed 2 nights because the location on the UI campus is very strategic for needs within the campus area. But this is an old hotel with old facilities, the floor tiles & sanitary ware are dull, the TV is still a tube, there are no room light switches next to the bed. Luckily we brought our own extra pillows so we could sleep comfortably. There is no dinner in the campus area.

Recommended if there is an event at PSJ U DSK.

Location in the UI campus area, spacious and clean rooms, clean pillows, sheets and blankets, tube TV but still functioning, cold AC, clean towels, clean mats, soap, shampoo, brush & toothpaste, room slippers, large cupboard. The bathroom is clean, cold & hot water runs smoothly, drains run smoothly. The balcony faces the lake, lots of mosquitoes, so don't open the door/window for long so mosquitoes don't enter the room. There are free bicycle facilities, you can use them around UI, only the bicycles must be repaired so they are comfortable to use. Near the canteen, near the KRL station.

Even though the building is quite old, the facilities in the rooms are quite good (complete toiletries are provided + the towels are thick and smell good). The TV works well, there is a canteen nearby which is open from 07.00-9.00, there are free bicycles for just getting around the UI campus, the breakfast is delicious and all the staff are friendly + helpful. The downside is that even though there is a water heater, the shower can't run fast, thank you Japanese Study Center Guest House.

Ordered 3 rooms at two different agents, only got 2. The rooms were not clean and the service was unpleasant. We were thrown out of the cafeteria area so we had to eat on the floor.

Menginap di PSJ karena tidak mau kena macet dan telat di acara wisuda anak di Balairung UI. Meskipun penampakannya kuno, lantai masih ubin☺️ tapi masih relatif bersih, sprei agak kotor ada bercak noda darah. Perabotan sudah agak usang. Yang the best adalah, kamar dengan balkon luar, luar biasa. Bisa lihat danau UI langsung dari teras. Staffnya super ramah, helpful. Juga informatif. Minta kamar yang ada kulkas, langsung dipenuhi. Karena ada kamar yang gak ada kulkasnya ternyata.😝

A comfortable place to stay across from the UI lake. What needs to be addressed is the furniture in the room. And given a glass to brush your teeth. For air conditioners, it would be better if there was acrylic plastic so that the wind doesn't hit the body directly. Or placed not parallel to the bed and the bed. For TV, if you can update the LED, it will be better. For good food, for good drink. Cleanliness is good. Wifi facilities need to be provided to the rooms considering this is on campus and those who stay are usually related to academic activities.
