From check-in to check-out, everything was satisfying... the service was excellent... (lots of promotions from Hard Rock) You get one free photo taken by other paparazzi, but it's very expensive, 100,000 Rupiah per file... The Hard Rock Hotel Bali was definitely a satisfying stay.

Everything's fine. However, I have a correction: 1. TO THE RECEPTIONIST. Please ensure the number listed on the computer data matches the phone number the customer entered on the form the hotel requested. We were only able to check in at 4:30 PM because the staff sent the wrong WhatsApp message regarding room availability. 2. Please provide an umbrella at the security post. Due to the rainy season, the security post is far from the lobby, and not all guests use cars (Bali is congested. Cars = suffering from sitting for hours), and motorcycles are not permitted in the lobby.

The place is cozy and its located on the center of kuta. Maybe just need to be upgraded for the interior of the room , i dont feel like staying at a 5 star hotel thats an overview from my room at wing 1. Overall i am ok and happy staying there.
