In-house restaurant’s chef personally went above and beyond by getting me Camembert from out of the hotel. I went to the cheese board and saw it but someone else had it and the service lady told me that was it and no more was available, but then the chef saw and approached me and told me just to wait and he would get it to my table and 10 minutes later, voila, it was served. Much appreciated! The couple spa treatment was terrific; I wanted to order another one of theirs!

The most favorite hotel in Bali, I like to stay again here.

Location is good for walking around but need to be careful if you use the car because of heavy traffic around the hotel.

Very satisfied with this hotel, from check-in until check-out all the services, facilities, staff, environment, ambiance, restaurant, Center Stage, music, paparazzi were very satisfying. Special credit to: - Dany, staff Center Stage who friendly welcomed us and even ensured my song request was sung. - The paparazzi staff, Apin (if not mistaken, name of the photographer) and Bu Ketut who ensured my print photo that was left behind was delivered to my home without any fee. Very recommended hotel.

Their hospitality was amazing and the facility is pretty amazing.

The hotel is conveniently located right opposite Kuta Beach, near Beach Walk Mall. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The on-site amenities are excellent, especially the swimming pool area. It's suitable for families with children. There's rock music in the evenings. The breakfast buffet is basic and not very diverse. The downsides are that the rooms are damp and old, and the soundproofing is poor.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice. Awesome!

Nice pool with a kid-friendly water playground. Daily night entertainment with a live band. The location is good with eateries and massage parlors around Hard Rock Bali.

The front desk staff was very friendly during check-in and late check-out. Breakfast was quite varied, and there was a center stage with live music. Overall, it was comfortable.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent and convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The swimming pool was well-maintained and enjoyable, and the kids' club was a great facility that kept the children entertained. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and more variety would be appreciated. Housekeeping and overall cleanliness could also be enhanced to provide a more comfortable experience. In addition, the air conditioning in the room was excessively cold and difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. Despite these issues, the good location and family-friendly facilities made our stay enjoyable.
