It's a wonderful experience one night at Harris Hotel Festival Citylink, the receptionist had good service. I requested an extra bed and it was prepared well. The breakfast menu had too many choices and all of them tasted good. Thanks.

This hotel is very convenient, easy to access, connected to Festival Citylink Mall, basically you can get whatever you need. The staff are very friendly, our room got cleaned every single day plus fresh towels. The bed is also comfortable. Such a nice stay and affordable price.

It was a very pleasant experience. Check-in was friendly and welcoming. There was a refreshing welcome drink. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was cool enough. Breakfast was also very enjoyable, with a variety of dishes available and easy on the palate. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

the hotel is nice. the location’s great and the place is clean. But I was quite disappointed with the check-in experience. I specifically booked a room with one king bed, and it was clearly stated in my booking. When I arrived, the staff told me that the room type I booked was fully booked, even though it still showed as available on the app.
They gave me only two options: upgrade to a suite by paying an extra 1.5 million IDR, or take a twin bed room instead. I was really disappointed because I expected a complimentary upgrade since it wasn’t my fault, not to pay extra.
The only “compensation” I got was a welcome drink, which I think is something every guest already gets. Hopefully next time, the hotel can manage the room availability more accurately so guests don’t have to deal with this kind of issue.

One of Bandung's budget hotels connected to a mall, so if you want to eat, watch movies, or do other things, you can just go downstairs or use the connecting floor. The rooms are carpeted, so they're not cold, and they're clean and spacious. It's also conveniently close to everything. This is my second time staying here in Bandung.

The hotel's location is quite strategic, located in a mall area. However, please provide directions to the hotel lobby in the basement parking lot, as there are minimal signs and no parking attendants.
The room was quite clean, but when I booked a city view room and got room 626, I was a bit surprised to find that the view was actually a balcony.
In the restaurant, during breakfast, the cutlery on the table needs to be reviewed. I think it would be better to just keep the cutlery on the food serving area and have each person take their own.
When I went for breakfast on Sunday, September 7th, there were no cutlery on the table. I asked the orange-shirted staff several times, but they still didn't come. They finally gave me some after asking about three times, which did hinder the meal.
The cleanliness of the dining table during breakfast also needs attention.
I happened to be eating at a table that had just been vacated by another guest. I asked the orange-shirted staff to pick up the cutlery, and they promptly did. Unfortunately, the table wasn't wiped down as part of the package. I had to call the orange-shirted staff to wipe the table, and then the table was wiped down and cleaned. After wiping, unfortunately, the cutlery wasn't provided.
But overall, it was quite good.
Hopefully, they can continue to improve their service.

Friendly staff, quick and short check-in/out process, good location, everything is good, except the water flow in the sink and shower is a bit clogged and not smooth, and the hot water suddenly becomes very hot, other than that everything is ok, and I will stay here again if I go to Bandung.

It was a very pleasant experience. Check-in was friendly and welcoming. There was a refreshing welcome drink. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was cool enough. Breakfast was also very enjoyable, with a variety of dishes available and easy on the palate. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

One of Bandung's budget hotels connected to a mall, so if you want to eat, watch movies, or do other things, you can just go downstairs or use the connecting floor. The rooms are carpeted, so they're not cold, and they're clean and spacious. It's also conveniently close to everything. This is my second time staying here in Bandung.

The hotel's location is quite strategic, located in a mall area. However, please provide directions to the hotel lobby in the basement parking lot, as there are minimal signs and no parking attendants.
The room was quite clean, but when I booked a city view room and got room 626, I was a bit surprised to find that the view was actually a balcony.
In the restaurant, during breakfast, the cutlery on the table needs to be reviewed. I think it would be better to just keep the cutlery on the food serving area and have each person take their own.
When I went for breakfast on Sunday, September 7th, there were no cutlery on the table. I asked the orange-shirted staff several times, but they still didn't come. They finally gave me some after asking about three times, which did hinder the meal.
The cleanliness of the dining table during breakfast also needs attention.
I happened to be eating at a table that had just been vacated by another guest. I asked the orange-shirted staff to pick up the cutlery, and they promptly did. Unfortunately, the table wasn't wiped down as part of the package. I had to call the orange-shirted staff to wipe the table, and then the table was wiped down and cleaned. After wiping, unfortunately, the cutlery wasn't provided.
But overall, it was quite good.

Friendly staff, quick and short check-in/out process, good location, everything is good, except the water flow in the sink and shower is a bit clogged and not smooth, and the hot water suddenly becomes very hot, other than that everything is ok, and I will stay here again if I go to Bandung.
