Stayed at HARRIS Hotel Sentul because there was an event at SICC, and this was a great choice! The location is literally just across the street, super practical and saves time. The room is clean, comfortable, and the staff is also friendly. The facilities are okay, the atmosphere is calm, very suitable for resting after the event. The breakfast is delicious and complete too. Overall very satisfied, highly recommended if there is an event at SICC! 🍊🏨✨

#staycation this time we tried staying at @harrissentulcity Alhamdulillah the kids were happy! The room is quite spacious, clean, tidy. All room facilities function well. In addition, the facilities for activities in the hotel environment are very complete! There is a swimming pool, indoor & outdoor playground, gym, outbound activity, camping activity, ATV, rabbit house and there is a photo spot The Hobbit's House. In terms of service, it is very satisfying. All staff, whatever their section, are very friendly! Always greet when passing by. And of course, the feedback is very fast if we need help. In my opinion, this is a kids-friendly hotel, the swimming pool is great for kids. The children's play facilities are cool, there is a soccer field, indoor and outdoor playgrounds like slides and trampolines (shown in the photo), there is a flying fox, bicycles, rabbit farm, and there is also a badminton court. I give it a rating of 9.5/10

Initially, you ordered a standard type, then you upgraded to a poolside type... the total payment was 1.3 million, but what you got wasn't right in front of the pool, but the side, they said it was full, but the side was empty. Don't stay in room 101, it's really on the edge.

A very comfortable and kid-friendly hotel! I was so happy to be able to stay at Haris Sentul, but one day wasn't enough! Because I didn't try everything about the hotel, haha. The kids were happy just hanging out at the hotel all day. The hotel staff was so helpful!!!!

when we arrived we were immediately greeted by the guys who greeted us and offered to help us carry our bags, given us a drink during the check-in process, Oh yes, we checked in early at 12:15 which was allowed because there was a special request in the application and the beautiful receptionist ladies were also very kind and the check-in process was quite fast. we rented 2 single beds (twin) but it turned out we got a free additional bed, 1 for free, even without a bedsheet, the 1 extra bed was soft. the bathroom was complete, soap, shampoo, 2 towels. and during breakfast for 2 people, we were allowed to bring 2 children under 5 years old without additional charges. the food menu was very delicious. the adult and children's swimming pools were quite good, clean. there was free bicycle riding for children around the outdoor yard, there were ping pong tables, badminton, soccer, mini playground, gym. there was also a special smoking area in the jazz lounge which was quite spacious and comfortable. all the staff greeted and greeted. gud hotel harris is very good for a 4-star hotel, cheap and quality. keep it up, Harris crew and management. thank you.
