the location is behind mangga dua mall, so easy to get food and shopping. near with stasiun jayakarta also. the tourism nearby are old town and Ancol/Dufan. check in so fast and easy. the staff very humble and helpful. the room is spacious and comfort. the breakfast not so bad

I stayed here for one night on a layover due to an event. Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. We also provided recommendations before booking. Overall okay, the room is clean, the bed doesn't sag, the amenities are complete, the TV is equipped with Netflix, WeTV & the TV is big, bigger than 30 inches.
The downside is, there is a sinking floor, the ceiling near the bathroom is moldy & for motorbike parking is free but there is no security during the stay.

This is my umpteenth staycation here. The location is great in my opinion.
It's close to everything, and the atmosphere at night is a real favorite...
The view is cool.
The service is very friendly, and the food is also delicious.
The only downside is the smart lock, which is often jammed.
Please upgrade it.

The hotel staff was very friendly, but it's a shame the room amenities weren't up to par. In my room, the towels provided weren't very absorbent, there was no shower curtain, the air conditioning wasn't cold enough, and the pillows smelled a bit off. Perhaps this review can help improve the hotel's facilities in the future.

I thought because of the 4 stars (on Google) I was sure about the cleanliness, that's why I stayed there for 2 nights, it turned out to be very disappointed. Small cockroaches everywhere especially in the bathroom and the table near the window, even though the staff is super friendly, the room is comfortable (if there are no cockroaches) I hope this cockroach problem will be resolved soon, because I'm not the only one who commented about cockroaches, it's really a shame in my opinion, thank you 🙏

This hotel is indeed very old, and I think it needs a renovation.
The parking lot is flooded, the lighting in the rooms is minimal, and the bathrooms are dated, still using old shower heads and curtains. The room size is okay, and there's a mini fridge. Please pay more attention to hotel maintenance, as hotels these days tend to be modern and bright. The meals are very simple; compared to a 3-star hotel, this hotel could be considered a B3. The staff is excellent, and well done to them.

In my room, the towels provided weren't very absorbent, there was no shower curtain, the air conditioning wasn't cold enough, and the pillows smelled a bit off. However, please improve the cleaning of the rooms by the cleaning service, and ensure they are also provided with air freshener. There are only 1 slipper for 2 adults. Please pay attention to the room space and guest needs.

I thought because of the 4 stars (on Google) I was sure about the cleanliness, that's why I stayed there for 2 nights, it turned out to be very disappointed. Small cockroaches everywhere especially in the bathroom and the table near the window, even though the staff is super friendly, the room is comfortable (if there are no cockroaches) I hope this cockroach problem will be resolved soon, because I'm not the only one who commented about cockroaches, it's really a shame in my opinion, thank you 🙏

This hotel is indeed very old, and I think it needs a renovation.
The parking lot is flooded, the lighting in the rooms is minimal, and the bathrooms are dated, still using old shower heads and curtains. The room size is okay, and there's a mini fridge. Please pay more attention to hotel maintenance, as hotels these days tend to be modern and bright. The meals are very simple; compared to a 3-star hotel, this hotel could be considered a B3. The staff is excellent, and well done to them.
