The hotel is old however each room is huge, have a bathtub. Hot water running very well. Breakfast also good and had many variant. Location is close to Prima Rasa, Kartika Sari even the Justus steak. They has an olympic size swimming pool and huge kids pool. AC working well. Additional service that I never found in other hotel is they have a car washer service which wash our car during our stay. The car kept clean. The staff is nice and friendly.

Some issues. I know that it is an old hotel, but didn't expect it would be that awful. Stayed for 2 nights, 3 rooms, should have gotten the best as booking more rooms 2 nights. It was outing for teachers of kindergarten I have. 1. Smelly 3rd floor, like salted fish kind of smell, goes along to some extent to the room. 2. Bathroom in 321 cannot open from inside, imagine if the guest was just staying alone could have locked up for the whole day. Asked to repair but still not fixed. 3. Extra beds for 2 rooms, each charged like 75 % of full room. 1 blanket had a hole as big as our head. One highlight I liked from staying here was your car got wiped clean in the morning and it has Olympic size? Swimming pool.
